Lead a team at Logan

Thank you for signing up to lead a team. A captain and a co-captain (Marshal) are needed for each team. Under the terms of the Massport permit there is a limit of ten people at each of the allowed door locations. Your job as captain will be to recruit people for your team thru your own group or organization; to know how your team will travel to Logan; to arrange for the delivery of signs and t-shirts to your team; and to ensure we comply with the other requirements of the permit, particularly the limit on ten people, and the need to be 10 feet away from active doors. We will have trainings for all captains via Zoom. Our permit is in the application stage. It has not yet been approved.

6. The team agreement

My team will hold the slot for the full two hours, with me or my co-captain present throughout. I will confirm my roster by the date the organizers set and keep it within the cap of 10. My team will follow every Massport permit rule: stay in the designated area, 10 feet from the doors, no amplification, no blocking the sidewalk or the doors. I will stay in touch with the organizing group and pass its messages to my team. Our team follows the nonviolence and de-escalation guidance.
